1. How do I access Active Deals?

Go to Deal Room and select an offering. Use View Full Package to open materials and I want to Pledge when available.

2. Why is a pledge button disabled?

A disabled pledge button means the deal is closed or not currently accepting new indications of interest.

3. Where can I find past reports?

Open Documents and select Member Reports to view historical monthly and year-end records.

4. Can I download documents directly?

Some materials are configured as view-only in this demo. Access is provided through online viewing links.

5. How do I navigate to Events?

Use the top navigation and select Events to review upcoming sessions and related notices.

6. How do I return to Home quickly?

Click Home in the top navigation from any page.

7. Why do some pages open in a new tab?

Certain links are configured to open report or package details in a separate tab for easier review.

8. Where is the latest offering status shown?

Go to Deal Room. Status tabs (Alive or Closed) are shown at the top of each offering block.

9. What does Info only mean in Exploratory Opportunities?

It indicates informational pipeline content only, not an active investment subscription page.

10. Who should I contact for support?

Use the Contact page and include your question, page URL, and expected action for faster help.
